15-October-25

Special Guests

Friday the 10th of October may just have been the loudest day in the school’s history. The children were so thrilled to welcome Paul Casey, Niamh Donolan and Ellen Dunphy from the Dublin Senior Football and Camogie panels into the school. Our special guests were delighted to see so many children in their jerseys, mostly Dublin too which was great to see and how excited the children were to meet our special guests. I would like to thank the Parents Association for organising the event, it brought a lot of noise and energy and happy faces to the school.

Grandparents Day

A special thank you to Mr. Finnerty and Ms. O’Loughlin for organising Grandparents Day. It was so lovely to see all the children so excited to have their family in the school, where they could show off all that they are learning. I would also like to thank the Parents Association for their help with refreshments on the day.

Hallowe’en Costume Day

Thursday the 23rd of October is Hallowe’en Costume Day and children do not have to wear their uniform to school. The Parents Association will be hosting this event and like last year, I cannot wait to see all the different costumes.
